Healing of mind, body, and spirit for those who have survived life threatening illness, as well as familiy and friends of survivors. Explore meditation, relaxation, visualization, and body therapy techniques (simple yoga and t’ai chi movements) as well as journaling and creative arts projects. Bring a journal, towel or yoga mat, and extra art supplies if you wish, or just come as you are and these will be provided.
