And yet, HR is increasingly on the frontline of multiple rounds of layoffs and other measures which can negatively impact company culture, spirit and staff. As people of faith, how do we hold the tension between the two? In this session, we will examine the intersection of spirituality and corporate culture. You will have an active role in exploring the spirituality of HR: What does it look like? How does it co-exist with corporate directives? How do we maintain HR’s “spirituality” in these challenging times?
