Mining your dreams for meaning Join us for an adventurous discussion and practical, effective methods for listening to your dreams. No specialized knowledge is required – just bring your dreams and a desire to explore them. This two-part workshop will share an introduction to the art and spiritual practice of dreamwork, including a brief overview of the history of dreams from ancient Egypt through to the Bible and modern psychology. You will then learn ways of working with your dreams to develop a personal understanding of their language and a caring, structured process for mining them for meaning.
