In celebration of African-American History Month and the 142nd birthday of the notable scholar, author,and activist W.E.B. Du Bois, Theater at Trinity and the Task Force Against Racism will present a reading, dancing, singing, reciting, and drumming of “A Litany At Atlanta and Other Stories.” Dr. Du Bois wrote this Litany in response to a three-day race riot that raged in Atlanta between September 22-24, 1906. Reception to follow the performance.
