The purpose of calling the Annual meeting is so that the Council and the five Standing Committees of the Council can report to the congregation their activities and accomplishments over the last year. In addition, Parish elections to the Congregational Council are held at all four services on this day, and election results are announced at the Annual meeting. All eligible members of the parish are encouraged to vote. Everyone is welcome to attend the Annual meeting.
