Partnership Options
Watch a Video about the Program
There are two ways to partner with Trinity Institute in 2010 depending on your particular needs.
Click on an option below to learn more about it:
OPTION 1: Present the conference with us live from New York (Live)
Some of our partners describe this option as "just like being in New York, only better!"
To support your marketing efforts all partners who offer the full conference experience will be provided with the following:
-
A live webcast available only to partners – hear keynotes in real time
-
An opportunity to pose questions during the Q&A sessions
-
Theological reflection discussion guides designed in collaboration with EfM.
-
EfM assistance in locating and training effective facilitators in your area
-
Exclusive website listing as a partner

-
Fliers, posters, ads, and press releases that may be tailored for your location.
-
Twenty (20) copies of Trinity News, Trinity Wall Street’s award-winning magazine, devoted to the theme of this year’s conference. You can utilize it to stimulate awareness in your area. Sites may request additional issues for a nominal fee.
-
Pre-conference DVD featuring biographies and interviews with our speakers (timed for class or small group use).
-
Complete set of post-conference DVDs of the speakers and panels for use in your ongoing educational programs with discussion guides (available in spring 2010). Many find these resources valuable as a Lenten or Advent series, adult Sunday School, or special weekend events.
-
Evaluation report for your site from Hartford Seminary (ten or more evaluations required)
-
Two CEU credits (based on eligibility)
-
Referrals to those who call our office looking to participate in the conference in your local area
Each partner's financial commitment is $500. Partners may set their own fees for their local event, so you may charge your participants whatever fee you feel is appropriate. (Half is payable upon registration; the remainder will be due by December 31, 2009 or you may make full payment.)
OPTION 2: Present the conference at the dates and times of your choice (delayed)
For some locations, the "live" dates are not optimal but you will have complete flexibility as to scheduling. You know best what will work in your location.
To support your marketing efforts all partners who offer the full conference experience will be provided with the following:
-
Flexibility to choose the dates and times that work best for your community
-
Website listing as a partner on Trinity Institutes site
