It's Hip to be (Hudson) Square

November 2, 2006

Trinity Real Estate has been busy with a number of new leases over the past few months, signing new and expanding existing contracts for 60,000 square feet of space.

They’re also looking ahead to a big move of their own. The entire department will be moving to the second floor of One Hudson Square. The floor is just raw space at the moment and will have to be “built out” to become their offices. But once it’s finished, Jason Pizer, director of leasing, says that it will function not just as an office for Real Estate, but as a “showpiece of Hudson Square” so that prospective tenants can “get a little vision of what their space can be like.”

It will also be helpful, Pizer says, for Real Estate to be located “in the neighborhood we represent,”since many employees travel back and forth between the Hudson Square area and their offices at 74 Trinity Place.
