Trinity Wall Street presents six performances of early Renaissance music juxtaposed with contemporary music. The series features works by composers such as Philip Glass, Dmitri Shostakovich, Alberto Ginastera, Thomas Tallis, Guillaume Dufay, Johannes Ockeghem and Nathan Shields.
Led by Music Director Julian Wachner, the GRAMMY®-nominated Choir of Trinity Wall Street presents such choral masterworks as Thomas Tallis’s Lamentations of Jeremiah coupled with new works by the likes of David Lang, Pawel Lukaszewski and Joby Talbot, and culminating in the North American premiere of Gabriel Jackson’s The Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
