Parish Life

Beyond worship, there are numerous ways to connect to the social, spiritual, and intellectual life of the parish.

Sunday School

Trinity offers Sunday school classes and special events for families and children of all ages. Learn more.

In addition, volunteers are enlisted as teachers to lead Sunday School classes for children and youth. As part of ensuring the safety of children at Trinity, teachers must be a member of the congregation for six months and receive Safe Church Training offered by the Diocese of New York at Trinity. Contact Wendy Claire Barrie, Program Manager for Children and Youth, for more information: or 212.602.9627.

Small Groups

Trinity community members lead a variety of small groups, including a young adult gathering, a group for job seekers, a knitting fellowship, and many more. If you are interested in joining or would like to start your own small group, you can learn more here.

Mission and Ministry Committees

Trinity’s Congregational Council oversees the congregation’s mission and ministry, with the help of several subcommittees. You do not have to be a member of the council to serve on a committee. Learn more about the council.

Trinity offers a variety of educational programs throughout the year for adults and children, and volunteers are needed to lead classes. An Education Committee oversees Trinity’s education programs. Learn more or email
