Voices from the Trinity community

Standing Rock Pilgrimage Begins

A group of almost thirty Trinity children, youth, and adults have begun their pilgrimage to the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation, a journey that will expose them to life in a place and culture far different than their own. Pilgrims will walk historic holy sites, attend church services, and learn about water access issues in the area in the context of the controversial Dakota Access Pipeline.

Trinity pilgrims learn about the Cannonball River from Dakota Wind at the North Dakota State Heritage Center in Bismarck, North Dakota.
