2016 Vestry Election Information

The annual vestry election will be held Easter Tuesday, March 29, 2016. Voting is open to all parish members who are 18 years or older, have been officially enrolled in the parish registry for the year preceding the election (March 2015-March 2016), have taken Holy Communion within that year, and contributed to the support of the parish in any documented amount, again within the preceding year (March 2015-March 2016). The register of eligible voters is available for inspection in the Office of the Rector, 120 Broadway, 38th floor and a member of the congregation may confirm that his or her name is included on the register by emailing tmatveyeva@trinitywallstreet.org. Registration can also be done on election day upon application to the Rector upon proving the above-mentioned qualifications.

The polls will be open from 4pm until 8pm in Trinity Church. The ballots may also be submitted by mail (see link for details). The persons about whom information is given on this announcement are the nominated candidates for Church Wardens and Vestrymen made by the Parish Nominating Committee.
