Discovery Eastertide 2018

Creation Stories Revisited

Sundays, 10-11am
Trinity Church, Manning Room

“In the beginning…” starts the Book of Genesis. So does John’s Gospel. Proverbs tells us that wisdom (Sophia) was there before anything else, and in Colossians we learn that all things were created in and for Jesus. Psalm 104 praises God who brings order from chaos, and the theme Job hears from the whirlwind is the awesome power of unending divine creativity. Through these and other stories and images, participants in this series will find a deeper appreciation of God’s love for all creation and sustaining power in our lives and world.

All classes begin at 10am unless otherwise noted.
