Join the whole parish community for a festive supper with a multicultural Mardi Gras theme before we begin our Lenten fast and preparation for Easter. The Mardi Gras feasting and dancing to live music is for the whole family, with additional activities for children.
This is a great chance to meet new people, celebrate the cultural tradition of Mardi Gras and Shrove Tuesday, and discover the partying side of this dynamic congregation!
The evening will begin with the burning of palms to make ashes for Ash Wednesday. You are welcome to bring your palms for this year’s burning by giving them to a sacristan (dressed in black) at Trinity Church or St. Paul’s prior to this celebration.
