St. Paul's Chapel Choir

St. Paul's Chapel Choir

The St. Paul’s Chapel Choir launched in 2019, bringing together volunteer singers from the parish, neighborhood, and greater New York area. The Chapel Choir sings for morning services on the first Sunday of each month at St. Paul’s Chapel and leads a congregational hymn-sing each season.

Rehearsals take place on Thursday evenings from 6:15pm-7:30pm in the Chapel of All Saints, inside Trinity Church. Directed by Trinity’s associate organist Janet Yieh, this mixed SATB adult choir sings a variety of liturgical choral repertoire from classical to contemporary and builds positive community through music.

Use the form below to request an informal audition, which will include singing a song of your choice and sight-reading a hymn. Auditions take place in July and August of 2019. Auditionees should be prepared to make a September-April commitment to the choir with minimal absences. The St. Paul’s Chapel Choir is auditioning all voice parts and tenors and basses are especially needed.
