Please note: All in-person activities at Trinity Church and St. Paul’s Chapel are suspended until Tuesday, July 6, as we seek to do our part to help contain the spread of the coronavirus. We ask you to keep in your prayers all who have been affected by this pandemic and those who care for them. If you need assistance during the pandemic, please visit our resources page. To stay in community and support one another during this time, we will continue to live-stream our daily service at 12:05pm Monday-Friday and Sunday at 11:15am. Additional resources and online get-togethers are also shared on our events calendar, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Finding Assistance during the COVID-19 Crisis

During the COVID-19 crisis, there is a variety of support for people in need across New York City:

For Volunteers

If you feel called to assist others right now, there are many efforts across the city where you can help those in need:

  • Food Bank is looking for volunteers at their warehouse in the Bronx and their feeding program in Harlem.
  • Invisible Hands Deliver is a grassroots organization helping those who need groceries and prescriptions.
  • Mutual Aid Societies across the five boroughs are hyper-local volunteer organizations creating ways for neighbors to help neighbors.
  • The Red Cross has announced a critical need for blood donations.
  • New York Cares is offering ways to volunteer at organizations across the city in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • City Council Speaker Corey Johnson's office wants to develop a list of volunteers who are willing to be called on short notice to deliver food or medicine to seniors in the lower Manhattan areas. If you are interested, please email David Ward at for more information.
