Are you going through a major life change? Looking for a new path? Need time for quiet contemplation? Come spend time in silence — praying, reading, writing, and walking in nature. Using poetry, scripture, prayer, and journaling, participants will engage in intentional reflections on life and vocation. Space is limited to six individuals.

Mending into the New: Spirituality & the Art of Mending
Kintsugi Makers Retreat with Academy Kintsugi
Kintsugi ("Kin" is "gold", and "Tsugi" is "to mend / connect") is a venerable Japanese art form of mending broken ceramics with gold. Academy Kintsugi (co-founded by internationally renowned Artist, Makoto Fujimura, and international advocate/entrepreneur Haejin Shim Fujimura) fosters Kintsugi-Peace Making towards Culture Care and Community Formation. During the retreat, participants will learn the craft of Kintsugi led by Academy Kintsugi's trained facilitators and how to foster Culture Care values in a community.

Poetry of Faith: Lives of Seeking and Mindfulness Retreat
Poetry is sacred writing and can deepen our faith. Inherent in all poetry is the task of seeking, noticing, being mindful, and knowing ourselves. With readings from St. Teresa of Calcutta, St. Theresa of Avila, St. Catherine of Siena, St. Francis of Assisi, St. Augustine of Hippo, and St. John of the Cross, this retreat will explore the life of paying attention, faith, prayer, and journaling.
