Preaching on the First Sunday of Advent, Trinity’s Priest-in-charge and Vicar the Rev. Phillip A. Jackson confesses that he too suffers from Zoom fatigue, and so wonders, “Are there places in my life where the advent of God is coming and I am just too tired to see it and respond?” He reminds us that the coming of God is happening all the time, not just in December. The question is: are we ready and paying attention? The scriptures are Isaiah 64:1–9; 1 Corinthians 1:3–9 and Mark 13:24–37.
