Meditation: Weight Training for Life

Meditation—or “weight training for life,” as the Rev. Kristin Miles calls it, helps us practice finding peace, compassion, and connection in a hectic world. Catch Your Breath, a thirty-minute guided meditation session for people of all faiths, is offered each Wednesday at 1pm in the Chapel of All Saints at Trinity Church.
